Universal Terra Luna Resort
Terra Luna was built alongside Stella Nova to the same specification. The honest advice is to compare the two on price.
30-Second Verdict
Book whichever of Terra Luna and Stella Nova is cheaper for your dates. They occupy the same position on the campus, carry the same benefits and offer the same room types, so paying a premium for one over the other is money going nowhere.

Location and park fit
Terra Luna opened in 2025 at the Epic Universe end of the Universal campus, next to Stella Nova. Both were designed to add value-tier capacity for the new park.
It works well for an Epic Universe trip and is a transfer away from Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, in the same way its twin is.
Rooms and family fit
Standard rooms sleep four, two-bedroom suites are published for six, and the suites include a kitchenette. For a family that would otherwise book two rooms this is the point of the hotel.
Transport and mobility
Universal shuttle transport rather than a walking path. Plan on leaving a little earlier for a rope-drop morning than you would from a Premier hotel.
Park benefits
Early park admission applies as it does at every Universal on-site hotel, with the parks covered set by Universal. There is no Express benefit at this tier.
Universal has long included Universal Express Unlimited for guests at its three Premier hotels, at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It has not covered Volcano Bay, and how it applies at Epic Universe is set separately. Confirm the current terms with Universal before booking on that basis.
Pool and rest-day fit
A pool and a fitness centre, and not much more. If the trip includes a day at the hotel, this is not the Universal property for it.
Cost beyond the room
No theme park parking, because you are using Universal transport. Confirm resort charges and any self-parking fee with the hotel.
Value-tier pricing and on-site benefits, in exchange for a shuttle instead of a walk and a pool rather than a pool complex.
Alternatives worth comparing
Book this hotel
Rates in Orlando move constantly and depend on your dates, so check the current price rather than working from any figure on a website. Confirm resort fees, parking charges and any theme park benefit directly with the hotel or the park before you book.

Common questions
Which is better, Terra Luna or Stella Nova?
Neither, in any meaningful sense. They were built together to the same specification in the same location. Book whichever is cheaper or has the room type you need.
Is Terra Luna good for Universal Studios Florida?
It works, using Universal transport. If those parks are most of your trip, a hotel at the northern end of the campus will save you time every morning.
Does Terra Luna have a kitchen?
The suites include a kitchenette, which means a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker rather than a hob and an oven.
