Affiliate Disclosure

The short version

Links on this site that lead to a hotel booking are affiliate links. If you book after following one, we receive a commission from the booking platform. You pay the same price either way.

What it does not change

• Which hotels appear on a page.
• The order they appear in.
• The labels attached to them.
• Whether a hotel's drawbacks are named.

Every selection on this site is published with a stated reason. That is deliberate, because a stated reason can be checked. If a hotel is on a page and the reason given does not hold up, the placement is wrong, and we would rather you told us.

Where the links go

Booking links on this site go to Booking.com. Where a property has its own listing there, the link goes to that listing. Where it does not, the link goes to a Booking search for the hotel by name, which is why a small number of links land on a results page rather than a property page.

Advertising

This site does not run display advertising, sponsored posts or paid placements. Affiliate commission is the only revenue.
