This site exists to make one decision smaller: which Orlando hotel fits the trip you are actually taking.
What this site is
An independent guide to choosing a hotel in Greater Orlando. It covers Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Epic Universe, SeaWorld and the wider hotel market around them, and it is organised around decisions rather than around inventory.
The booking engines already do inventory better than anybody else. What they do not do is tell you that a hotel two miles from Disney is on the wrong side of the property for your park, or that most Orlando rooms stop at four people, or that a free shuttle can mean three departures a day. That gap is what this site is for.
What it is not
- It is not a booking engine. When you are ready to book, we send you to one.
- It is not a Disney fan site or a Universal fan site. Both resorts are assessed on what they do for a specific trip.
- It is not a general Orlando travel blog. If a subject does not affect a hotel decision, it is not here.
- It is not a directory. A hotel appears because there is a reason to recommend it, not because it exists.
The one rule
Every page has to leave you with less doubt than you arrived with. That means the answer comes before the explanation, every recommendation names who it is for, and every recommendation names what it costs you.
It also means saying when we do not know. Rates, fees and shuttle schedules change constantly, and this site would rather tell you to check them than publish a number that was true last quarter.

It earns a commission on bookings made through its links, which never affects which hotels are selected or how they are presented.
Corrections
Orlando hotels rebrand, renovate, change their fees and change their benefits. If something here is out of date or wrong, we would genuinely like to know, and a page with a factual error is worse than no page at all.
